Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but it's not every day I make playthrough and reach the maximum to cash out. only someone else made it disappear.
I was so happy I climbed back up and was sure I'd make playthrough. When I had $25 and hit a bonus round on Loose Caboose for over $40 my balance was $40 something. I played a little more and hit $50 more giving me a balance of $92, and then half of it disappeared. I don't quite understand how that works, but saw they requested to withdraw $12 plus $36, think I was left with $46. So still tried to get to $65 or $50 and got it well over. I don't know why my balance went down again? Still waiting for an answer.
They will be able to tell won't they? I really like this casino, and hate to think something like this could be intentional and/or ignored.

I don't know precisely how it works, but i was up to $400, completed the playtrough and my balance went down to 50, the max cash out for the promotion. I cashed out, but today my withdrawal was declined because i didn't make a deposit in the last three months. They are right, rules are rules!

first sorry kildemosus i didn't see your post i'll have sarah remove mine.
second when you win on a free chip it dosn;t allow you to have more than what you can withdrawal.
third it really dosn't matter helwin because i see you live in the usa and mimimum you can withrawl is $100.00 with a check unless you have MyPaylinQ ( which you must first deposit with that method )

Thanks both of you. I do have My PayLinQ, oh boy but that's another issue. After playthrough was met I was left with less than $50, so a few more spins and up to $92, and immediately down below $50 again. How many times can this go on? Why didn't it leave me $50 if that was the case? I just knew when 1st was decreased I made playthrough, as I have witnessed before, but usually when less than max cashout, and too many times have lost trying. This time I didn't lose. I don't think more should have come out. Something wrong there. And already too many times e-mailing them, screenshot, and explaining over and over when I do get them to respond, not really what I want to hear.
They can keep their $50, if they are so worried about it. But it will cost them more in the end. I want to know what happened, why, or at least don't act like I'm hallucinating or stupid( which I have been many times)
I'd like to know if they will look into the gameplay to see what I am pointing out, I'm sure they can. If they won't because they are hiding from something, then they are more stupid than me. You'd think they would handle it, just to prevent any panic that could arise.
If there's any other reason I couldn't get paid, just don't pay me, tell me why. Why go to these lengths? and messing with my credits.
After explaining again earlier to CSR James because he had no idea what I was talking about, I have yet to hear back from them.
