[b] Hello all, yes I am new here, however I have just ended a year and half playing with Big Dollar Casino

My personal feelings are their Bonuses are BS, (I head of someone winning um... 105,000- and couldn't cash out)

For what happened to me well, get this, they have a 100% deposit bonus email they send out on Wend. right? well, this week I didn't get one and low and behold, don't even deposit or remember to get my deposit in to take advantage of it on Wend. (WHEN DO I GET THE EMAIL<<< Thurs morning at 4:30 AM) SO I deposit 56.15 (what had available at the time to deposit)

I then Email Support they tell me I didn't get my deposit in, in the correct time frame so they couldn't credit my account with a bonus. I explained to them that I didn't get the email with the code until Thurs.

They wouldn't budge, so I told them to close my account I deleted their software and will play at another Casino Group (hmmmm Fortune lounge sounds good)

They lost a 400+ a month player over 56.00 stinking dollars.... BIG not much if you ask me.....[b]

Well all that comes to mind on this one is #1 welcome to the real world of online gambling giants against the little people who they forget put them where they are. Sucks but there is not a soul who can prove this sad fact to be anything else but what it is. #2 Just be glad your not my mom. She has been waiting since feb for a $3000.00 withdrawal out of the so called Trusted Jackpot factory. I could get into the countless reason they have not paid yet but why make them look any worse than what this alone is doing? Funny thing is she won another $3000.00 on a free $50.00 bonus and got that wired into her bank 3 days later. Hello OMG what the hell is really going on out there? Know know know any one home. Why do I get the feeling that some time in the near future these greedy, so called audited casinos are going to take a major fall out? They don't give a rats you know what about us. Hell you can tell that when you send them a email, it is first read by a computer that detects what kind of question we may have for them. Then it generates or copy paste a general answer that best fits your statement. Im just guessing because of the one you get when you say that you feel its time for an audit because dam they are so tight. Our casinos are audited (never say how often) by bla bla bla bull crepe. ANd may I also point out that just because your luck is bad today doesn't mean it will be bad tomorrow. I hope you have best of luck when you come play with us again.

Just remember, everybody, we are going through the most trying times of online gambling and a lot of stressed out people are pulling a lot of stretched out bs! Especially a few casinos in particular!!!

same thing happened to me with ENTER CASINO. i received an email from them for 100 % plus an extra $50. 10 mins after receiving the email i deposited well i got the 100 % but never received the $50 so i emailed several times and the only response i got was they were sending my email to the right department and i never did hear back from them. so i emailed again and told them $50 isn't worth all the trouble just close my account and they still havent closed it! i receive emails from them almost everyday with promotions.... i sent another email telling them i would never deposit there again so they are wasting there time sending me emails still no reply and i still get their emails lol

and this is a so called trusted casino?????
