Has anyone experienced any problems with Click And Buy??

It is not so much that I´m having a problem with deposits, but when I try to contact support no one is answering..On the phone I get disconnected and emails does not get responded..

Anyone have a alternative to contact them??

the reason I´m a little desperate, is that a certain amount is reserved for them in my bank, but was rejected by them, so now I need them to fax my bank so the amount again is availble..Else it will take up to a month before they are released to my bank account...

The sad part is, it is actually a nice sum of money and could really use them other places...

I did try using them a few times, and what happened to me was that they took the money, but it was lost in the casino or their system somewhere, it took me nearly a week to get them to credit my account with the funds, i was faxing statements and all sorts, i don't know what the problem was exactly, but i managed to contact one of their staff and she helped me a lot, but she left soon after i last spoke to her.

In my opinion i really wasn't impressed with them at all, and will never use them to deposit, i know what im saying isn't much help, but thought you could do with knowing.
