I just tried to enter the promo code at CanBet "Crush21" and it told me the code was invalid and to contact support.

Support asked me to send the link to them to forward to the appropriate department and suggested I post here as well so you would be aware that the code is not working for me for some reason

hi geno i went to my acounts pg and i never saw a place to put code in , i am supprize they let me download, i did so from your banner iv had the acount about a year. but all the micros think im from kentucky and wont let me download, something to do with ip. address. i would really like to get in this 1 ty, josie46

now that I think of it, that could be the problem with me too. I am however ok to deposit and play there but maybe the code won't work because my ISP is a US based company even though I am Canadian. The mircrogaming software sees me as US player.. not sure if that is what it is but just a suggestion.

Hi josie, If you go into the cashier, then go to where it says claim your bonus then enter the code and click on the submit code button.

Now i done that and checked with support to see if the code had gone through correctly, and it had.

But i still dont have the tourn to enter.

Can help why your tourns are running slow, how do you mean it eats your time up on one spin?
