US players (I'm one) can use ECOcard to fund almost any casino. Site is www.ecocard.com. I use is sometimes but mostly Netspend. There is also a card called "Wired Plastic" that you can also have your winnings deposited to. Site is www.wiredplastic.com. It's like Netspend but will take wire transfer deposits. Hope this helps.

And Welcome to Casino-Crush myduck! I, like Anniemac, usually use my Netspend to deposit and my Eco Account to make my withdrawals to. More and more casinos are accepting Eco Card Accounts for depositing and withdrawing and if they aren't, ask them, I've asked 4 or 5 casinos to add Eco and they did.
Also I haven't ever been declined a deposit from my Netspend Visa, however, being in the US, you cannot do a withdrawal to Netspend you have to pick a different option, most casinos also will send you a check if you prefer.

They will not wire money back to netspend. Sorry. They will wire back to eco card however.

If you win at a casino at a casino that has ACH withdrawal option then you can have your money sent to NETSPEND. You set it up as a direct deposit in your netspend account. Use the info you get when you sent up direct deposit and give that to the casino as your banking info. I haven't tried it yet but I do know of several people who do this.
