my software.I have re downloaded most of the stuff

Dear bstb1958,
PLEASE , if you are asking a question - post it in the questions forum - not in the No Deposit Bonuses (people will just see it and ignore it - it's not a no deposit bonus!)...
Anyway, as far as your problem goes it sounds like the reinstallation of your PC is not completed correctly. There are many many possibilities of what could be wrong and I suspect it will be a lot of questions going back and forth.
Here's my questions:-
- Which version of windows are you using? (XP / Vista) ?
- Are you using the latest (stable) version of Internet Explorer ? (version 7) - you can tell this by clicking on the Help menu, then About Internet Explorer
- Did you restore your PC to factory settings with a disk that you got when you bought it? (and if so, have you also completed all the Windows Updates - most you can get by going to Internet Explorer and then Tools - Windows Updates). Remember you have to reboot often and then you should re-run the update as not all can be installed in one go.
Once you've answered these, I will do my best to assist you from that.
