Well I received reply to my bonus request & I can't read it but the bonus was denied. I replied back asking why it was denied & why it is advertised on their home page with the instructions on how to claim the bonus. I asked them to please reply back in ENGLISH as to why......

Im going to give it ago i think its 25 times play through from looking at term and conditions. I can't read french but 25 seems to be where it would say play through.

Lzrd King, after you registered your account throught the flash version, how long was it before they emailed you thet your account had been credited. I wasen't able to sign up through the download version, but I did through the flash and I did the same as you . I emailed requesting the bonus and got a reply, but can't understand what it says. If I remember correctly I got two e-mails. The 1st was an automated response that they'd received my request and that customer service was looking into query, blajh blah blah. The 2nd one came while I was playing with kids and gettimg them ready for bed, so I don't know exactly, but not longer than a few hours.

The easiest way to tell if they approved bonus would be to login and see if credits are waiting for you.

Otherwise, the only little clue without translation would be to look for a sentence structure indicating that the verb is positve rather than negative Example:

I love to play...
Je t'adore jouer.

I am not a moose...
Je ne suis pas un moose.

The rule always applies-if I will not, cannot, have not, did not... there will always be a: NE verb PAS. If I did, will, have, can...there will only be a SUBJECT followed by a VERB. Examples...je suis (I am), nous avons (we have), etc.
