Okay. I am not fond of playthroughs although I understand why they are required in the interest of fair gaming when a casino gives you a bonus.
Exclusions of certain games -- which prevents you from playing them until you have acheived the required number of playthroughs on your deposit plus your bonus (and probably cashed out to celebrate that achievement) I like even less than playthroughs because my favorite games seem to be always excluded. But I also understand the need for them, also, in the interest of fair gaming.
Now we are presented with what seems, at first reading, like a new question and/or problem. I realize, of course, that I could very well be missing some information or perhaps I am just not understanding correctly some information that is not missing except to my own eyes.
One other member is also having difficulty understanding and she posted. Several other members also are having trouble understanding and they have not posted, but they have emailed me to see if I have figured it out. (As if my arch enemy, Creeping Senility, would allow me to remember, even if I had.) I know there are at least a few of you who have also, at very least, caught a fleeting glimpse of Mr. C. Senility!
Soooooo....let's see if we can figure this out the old- fashioned way.
If this plan doesn't work, we will still get the answer in short order -- because Plan B is to ask someone who knows. That is Administration and Staff, who have to be bogged down in work up to their eyeballs at the present time.
Okay. Step 1. We must first know the answer to a certain question . So we will simply ask anyone who knows the answer to the following question to please post it here. Then we will proceed from that point.
QUESTION: Do any of you know of any casino where, before you can cash out, you must have achieved a certain number of playthroughs and/or you have not been allowed to count certain games as part of your playthroughs -- even tho you received no bonus of any kind when you made your deposit?
Some of us would really like to know which casinos these are, so we won't be in for any big surprises IF we ever find the cash out button.
Please post here if you know of any such casino.
Thanks.

Hi Josie and Royal - There is only a playthrough on any bonus's you may get there now. In other words if you deposit and receive NO bonus at all, then there is no playthrough AND no game exclusions.
However if you get a deposit bonus or a freebie THEN there is the standard playthrough you must meet. This is a first for any of the microgaming casinos so this is a great thing!!..
Heck...win $500 on first spin and you can cashout it out just like that.. and I like that plan..

I really dont understand this concept. I must be missing something I do know this every time I play at these casinos I get a zero. Often times without even one bonus. Sometimes the money is gone in five minutes no bonuses ,ever and I still have not enough points to get loyalty bonus I play almost everyday 25 - 100$ penny games. Maybe im just unlucky but it seems like the can shut down winning to zero alright

OK, I'm not 100% sure but I think the no playthrough on deposits works like this.........When you now make a deposit & receive a bonus you only have to playthrough the bonus the required times not the dep. + bonus. Also I think there is something elese to it also which would allow you to cashout before you meet the wager requirements, depending on how many times you have played through the bonus will determend how much you are allowed to cashout. So if I deposit $100 & receive a match bonus of $100 and the playthrough requires me to wager 20x I only need to wager my $100 match bonus 20x not my deposit also. If I wish to cashout before wagering it the 20x I think I can do that also but there is a max cashout that depends on how many times I have wagered the bonus. I'm not sure about all this but I think it is something like what I tried to explain.

This is what happened to me last weekend.......... At Bella Vegas... I deposited 50.00 on Friday, played it and lost it. then I deposited 40.00 (same day) I got a little lucky and managed to get my balance up to about 1400.00. Played and played for hours. So far so good..... I decided to make my stopping point at 1000.00. Easier said than done usually. Well I actually stuck to it. My balance was 1000.17 when I decided to quit and go to bed. I figured I would cash out when I woke up. So I actually stuck to my plan!!!!!!! I woke up , logged into my account and noticed my balance was 1050.17. OHHH NOOOO...... I (in a matter of about 4 or 5 hours) had been credited with a 50.00 bonus. I know that if you deposit 50.00 after 6:00 p.m. you qualify for a 100% match bonus. I immediately called Bella Vegas. I DID NOT touch my account. I told the customer rep. that I wanted to cash out 1000.00. I was told NO!!!!!! I needed to meet a 1500.00 playthrough (which would begin from the time I made my next bet) because of the bonus (50.00) that was added to my account. I said I did not want the bonus (of course). I asked that it be removed from my account, and again I was told NO. The rep said because the bonus is AUTOMATICALLY credited that it is impossible to remove it. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I tried to explain that I haven't played a single penny since the bonus was added. I could understand if I had played some of my balance after being credited withh the bonus, but I hadn't. I have never made a single negative comment about Bella Vegas, but I truly believe I was being ripped off. I went ahead (after arguing for ten minutes) to play on my account and try to meet the 1500.00 playthrough. I DID NOT hit a single thing. NOTHING!!!!! My balance is now 0.00. Just like (I believe) Bella Vegas wanted it to be. I could use some advice on this one. If I am wrong for thinking I got ripped off please tell me and I'll chalk this one up to a learning experience. It just doesn't seem fair. To simplify it I waited about 4 or 5 hours to long to cash out? If I had tried to cash out before I went to bed would it have been accepted? I probably should have asked the rep that but I was too mad at the time.

I want to say thank you to the staff of Casino Crush!!! I apoligize it took me so long to Thank Ya'll.. I posted (on Feb 12) a problem I had with Bella Vegas concerning an attempted cash out. Dr. Crush went to battle for me with Bella Vegas. Bella Vegas made up for the mistake by adding some funds to my account. Although it wasn't the amount I was attempting to cash out, it was something! I learned a couple of things through this little ordeal...... One........We are all human and everyone can make mistakes Two.............DO NOT THINK for one moment that the "reputable" online casinos will intentionally mistreat their customers. I want to make sure everyone knows I LOVE BELLA VEGAS!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a GREAT place to play!!!!!
