My favorite withdrawal method is by cheque. Everygame is one of my favorites and they do offer cheque, but they charge too much for issuing one so I dont play there as much as I would like to because of that.
Most micros I play at offer cheques free by regular mail and only charge to send them by fed ex. I like royal vegas because they offer this plus if your cheque is over $1000 they send it by fed ex for free to you. I hope someday Everygame does this too

For ease of use debit card, but I voted for neteller. I find you are backed up if any part of the transactions goes wrong. Withdrawals are always with neteller - you can use their card all over the world. My fav casino has this option as do most I suppose. (-:
