Free Tournaments - 13 Mar 2008

I played free tournament at Casino Grand Bay two days ago, won 4th place but didn`t get credit for it, spoke with live support and I learned new lesson ... always write down tournament ID number .
Their system is telling them that I didn`t play at all !
Support asked me for tournament ID number, which I don`t have and they can`t find my win. It was Loyal Flush game, which is only once a day every Tuesday, how hard that could be to find on their system ?? I play this tournament for long time and never won before, and first time I actually won, they can`t find it
Anyway, my prize was worth only $20 ,but its a lesson for me to write down all future ID numbers if I ever win anything ..lol

Dang kaska that's a bummer! You'd think they could look it up by your tournament id name or even the time and date that you played the tournament.

That is a bummer Kaska but thanks for posting that as I play the free tourneys all the time and would have never thought of writing it down...By the way any advice on the slot tourneys as my bets just take me down fast or even slow if I bet low but I can't seem to ever even get close...I do so much better at the free roll poker and slots seem to me that they would be so much easier lol.

Char , you ask me for advice on slots ...? I am sure there is no strategy how to win on slots. You got better adds on poker for sure.
I am glad I let you all know about this " bummer" , from now on just write down ID numbers for all tournaments you win. Customer support asked me for that number numerous time, like they need me to proof to them that I played. I am disappointed , but it is no big deal , it would be worse if I would win some nice jackpot and had to go with same problem ...lol
