BACK IN JULY I REDEEMED 2500 CC POINTS FOR $25 Everygame CREDIT. WEEKS WENT BY BEFORE I CHASED THE REDEEM. I RECEIVED MESSAGE THAT NO USERNAME WAS FOUND FOR THE ONE I POSTED IN REDEEM,AND TO RECHECK INFO I AND SEND ANOTHER MESSAGE WITH CORRECT USERNAME. I DID THIS. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS BUT I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY.CAN ANYONE HELP,PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!???????????
