Didn't work for me and the last transaction I had with Inetbet was a deposit on 10/22. I didn't see any Happy Halloween message on the scroll, all it says is "Welcome to Inetbet". Maybe there was a problem and they are fixing it and I'll get my "treat" later today.

anyone else having a problem getting it ?

I just logged on and the second message on scroll was "happy halloween. Click here to play trick or treat with us." It may be your computer..... Keep trying.
