I went online chat to inquire about the play through rules for this promo and Sunset Sports sent me this to help us understand it more:

30% bonus= x5 time roll over an example is five times the sum of your deposit plus the bonus.
35% bonus= x6 time roll over 6 times the sum of your deposit plus the bonus.
40% bonus= x6 time roll over 6 times the sum of your deposit plus the bonus.

Here is an example, if you deposit an initial $100 with us you get the $250 free account and will also receive the 40% bonus if you deposit $500 then you get both 40% and the $250 free account. And they are separate accounts so you can keep track of free money you earn through betting with us. Your main account would be sp12345 then your other account would be only 12345.

Roll over requirements

$1000 deposit + 40% bonus=1400 x 6 = $ 8,400 so your roll over would be that.
For the free $ 250 account is roll over x 12 = 3,000 plus your initial deposit x3 plus 30 days of active wagering,that means you have to play at least once in 30 days and it only can be played in the sportsbook or casino,not poker. In the casino its with kino or slots.

Ok...I believe it means this - Deposit $100 and get a $250 free account - Now if you make that first deposit $500 then you will get a 40% bonuis PLUS the $250 FREE account.

Your free account would be a seperate account (why I am not sure)

For the playthrough/rollover it seems to read like this:

$500 deposit + 40% bonus=$900 x 6 = $5400 in total bets

The free $250 account (which is a seperate account remember) is as follows:

$ 250 account is roll over x 12 = 3,000 + 3X your initial deposit. This seems to me that support might have erred on this one as this is suggesting that there is two(2) playthrought's on your deposit and I don't believe this to be correct..lol

- You must make active bets for atleast 30 days before requesting a withdrawal. Poker games are EXCLUDED from meeting betting requirements.

I would also suggest that you ask for email confirmation on all playthrough over this promotion.
