Thanks for the replies qlori, sisters, & RBcasino glori ~ I called the toll free number twice and spoke with them. They said *NEW PLAYERS* should download the casino & register and the bonus will automatically show up in your account for the tournaments. They also said that *EXISTING PLAYERS* automatically qualify. I would suggest that if it doesn't show up right away like they said, go on *LIVE CHAT* or call the toll free number. I also was under the impression that once someone is registered, they can play in *ALL* the *FREE ENTRY* tournaments for this month. You will see the list of tournaments by following the directions in my original post.
Hope that helps glori

I just downloaded the Carnival program and registered as a real player.
It says that the tournament beginning this weekend (for progressives) is "free". I'm still not clear about whether a deposit needs to be made first, and the tournament will be played with that money, or whether they will deposit some credits into my account at the start of the tournament (as Fortune Group did with Platinum Play's recent tourney).
If anyone knows.... could u please let me know?
Thx,
Kathy

Well I contacted Live Chat and they said for the FREE tourney you have to have a coupon code or make a deposit (which I have neither at the moment) BUT they offered me a fantastic 350% BONUS and even offered me a 400% if I deposited in the next 10 minutes. Not only is this a fantastic bonus but the playthrough on deposit and bonus is ONLY 4X!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!! Too bad I am broke till next week!

WOW valeria ~ that is *NOT* what I was told when I spoke to them on the phone twice. I was told that the *FREE* tournaments are for everyone and no deposit was necessary *NOR* did they say about a coupon code.
I'm glad though that they offered you an fantastic bonus.
Thanks for the reply

I just spoke with Jane at the live chat and this is the scoop.
The tourney is free BUT you must deposit $20. They will then add another $40 so you will have a total of $60.
I told her this was misleading as on the banner in the calendar it says free and also when you click on the date itself.
I basically then said that it is not free. A tourney that says free means exactly that and that their ad was misleading forum members.
I now leave it to the Forum Boss Person to deal with!
Thanks much. Hope this helps

Guys and Gals,
OK OK - I have this one covered - I have contacted MGrep (Yoni), our affiliate manager to get this sorted
Hopefully he'll be online tomorrow (later today depending on where you are in the world) and will address this
PLEASE - no more complaints about this - it does no good repeating what someone else already said (oh and depositing $20 and getting $40 free ain't bad eh;) )
Happy Gaming Always,
Geno/CC

Crushers ~ I'm hoping Geno will come back with an explanation on this. Again, when I phoned them twiced, I was told both times that the tournaments that were posted as *FREE* were *FREE*. There was nothing mentioned about making a deposit. I do understand now what they are trying to say ~ the *FREE* tournaments are *FREE* but one must have deposited at least $20.00 to be able to enter the *FREE* tournaments. But again, that is not how it was explained to me. I agree though that this is a good deal though and one that is worth trying out.
