The Telephone support called me and the connection was terrible and I had a heard time hearing them. I guess I did right because I was permitted to continue playing. I have never had this experience with any other casino. If I deposited why should they lock my account???? This has made me very uncomfortable with depositing and playing at this casino or it’s sister casino to Cleopatra's Palace Casino. I recall when I played at that one I didn’t even have a chance to deposit. While playing on their promotion to try the casino I hit a big jackpot and my account was immediately locked. I did not realize when downloading Royal Sands that it was a sister.
I have since researched it on line and have found much negativity about both of these Casinos. There is much discussion that they never pay any winners, since I did not try to cash out I have nothing to say about this.
