Royal Joker's Royal Jump Start

Can someone please explain how this works? Last Saturday I made two deposits, one for $20, one for $30. On Tuesday I did the exact same thing for a grand total of $100. I am still waiting for their Royal Jump Start Bonus of 25%. This is insane that you have to wait so long to receive the 25% bonus. An email to support was NO help. They simply said it was automatic and I would have to wait.

How long will it take? Does the clock start ticking from last Saturday or from Tuesday when I hit $100 total. I am so darn confused.

Honestly folks, so far I am not impressed. I guess I got spoiled by Everygame customer service and generousity regarding handing out bonuses and "gifts" when I emailed in.

was Saturday the very first time you deposited? Also it says they check every 5 days

Yes Saturday was the FIRST day I ever deposited there for a total of $50, followed by another $50 on Tuesday.

If I don't see something tomorrow I am going to be pretty upset. Their pre-written standard email replies are not making me any happier.
