Ok been playing at Musichall for the past 2 days with no problems then a few hours ago the casino lost connection and i have not been able to get back on.Tried my lucky Emperor casino and the same problem but i can access my other casino accounts eg sloto, grand mondial etc.

Do they just not listen or something,its so frustrating.....

Melanie Taylor: I was just checking if there was a server problem with the casinos as i have tried to connect to musichall and lucky emperor and both say failed to establish a server connection.i am not having this problem with any other casinos tho. thanks

Melanie Taylor: after clicking on connect it tries to load then says failed to connect to the server on both those casinos.

salomé: Sorry to hear that you are experiencing connection problems. The problem you are experiencing may be caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). In order to resolve the problem, please close the casino software and re-open it after 10 - 15 minutes. If the problem persists, please contact your ISP.
salomé: We would also like to advise you to close any other applications you may be running concurrently with the casino software. Running other software while attempting to log onto the casino software has been known to produce some unpredictable errors and slowdowns. The kinds of software that cause problems include anti-virus programs, MP3 players, Word Processors etc. Please close all other applications and programs except your Internet connection before attempting to run the casino software.
salomé: The issue you are experiencing with loading the casino games usually occur as a result of an interruption in your internet connection during installation. All you have to do is shut down the casino software and then reopen it. Please note that you need to shut down the software completely, you cannot simply log out.
Melanie Taylor: ok so what could be my problem, i have been playing at Musichall all day for about 8 hours and it suddenly lost connection and i can't get back into it.
Melanie Taylor: i have shut it down restarted my comp, reset my network adapter, tried everything
