Dear all,

I see that EcoCard is down right at the moment..

As far as questions and answers go right now - I don't know..

I understand that they were taking away USA accounts at some point - it might be down whilst they are doing that.. OR it could just be a problem ..

I posted another topic earlier named EcoCard Replacement... which you may want to take a look at ..

As soon as we know anything more - we'll post it here - or if any of you hear any more - then please post it here -

I'm in Washington state, and I just checked and was able to login to my Eco account as usual. Everything seemed normal.

Hi I received an email from Jackpot Factory, July 11th, telling me about Eco card, so I went to my Eco account, logged in and it asked me to update my profile and asked for my Driver's License number and my middle initial.

After I entered the information it clicked back to my account and I have been checking Eco daily and nothings changed, still open and still empty. lol
