Help With 1606 Error...anyone?

I am having some issues with downloading since I moved my computer to another modem. I have been trying to solve this on my own for 4 days now with no success also, when copying new files it runs slow as a snail then that message pops up. that says 1606, could not access network location.
Anyone have any answers?

No really under the guy with the wrench it say's "Fix Me" click it and when it done restart computer and see if it works.

And if it does then click on
START-> Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Personalization->Desktop Background
Then in bottom left is a drop down box, change it to "stretch"
That will make the desktop image the size of your screen and get rid of all that black border(unless you like that black border)

LOL I beat him with the wrench and it still didn't work.

Now I get this message that says :

this installation package could not be opened. verify that the package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.

Not yet, I haven't really had time to try to download anything but will make a post if it didn't work I did a system restore just to see if that would help. Thanks for the tip on the stretch thingy Dean

I did a system restore and was able to download a casino outside of the group that I was trying to and it went just fine. Think the problem is solved thanks.
