xps, go to their website & see if you can find a email address for the banking department or money issues & email them telling them that you are a depositing player & cashed out on the $30 come back chip & now you are getting run around & every day same thing for 2 weeks and that it is not a warm way to welcome back a past depositing player.

This doesn't sound hopeful for me either. I cashed my $30 out after meeting playthrough on 23rd August. Heaps of emails later one has told me it will be processed around the 7th September. So 1 day to go and see if they will come through. I have heard a few bad things about this casino but I have deposited in the past but now hoping like crazy that it isn't true and they do honour the payout. Other sites have honoured their payouts on no deposit chips so I don't see why they shouldn't. Crossing everything I got lol.

You will be paid the only way you won't get paid is if the last time you played there it was on a free chip, can't claim 2 free chips in a row without depositing between the free chips or if they find multiple account, as long as you have met the wagering requirements which you can verify you have met by contacting live support & they will verify that the wager requirements have been met.......
