Hello, I guess I am looking for a little re-assurance. If some of you saw some screen shots I posted, I have been on a nice winning streak at Simon Says Casino. I am feeling a little uneasy about my pending withdraws. I am looking for any feedback.. positive or negative about getting paid from them.

It seems there have been technical problems with the casino in being able to open and view attachements? (this is my identification verfication)I asked about faxing the my id but I am now told that they are unable to view faxes as well... can someone tell me how that happens? I made one small deposit and won over $2000. I hope these are not excuses to prolong my withdraw.

ANY HELP OR FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Hi Monica and Congratulations hun!!

I personally have cashed out from Simon a couple of times and it normally takes 2 to 3 days after they receive your information. I sent a copy of my drivers license, a copy of my bank statement envelope and a copy of a current utility bill as an attachment in an email that I sent to them.

They maybe are having techinal problems at the moment. All else fails you can call them and ask them what they would suggest: From the US / Canada 1 866 794 8639, All other countries +5999 433 8904, Fax: 1 866 728 5842

I remember when I was paid, I was paid from Pantasia, you might want to ask if you could send your information to Pantasia instead. Just a thought.

Your post does shed some light for me. I never thought of that... having one of their sister casino's verify my info. GOOD IDEA!

I did receive an email from support at Simon Says and they advised me that because the error is on there end, they will honour my withdraw.. it is to be processed tomorrow.... YEAAH!!!!! My faith just may be restored... I will post once I receive the funds.

Just wanted to give you an update about my withdraw from Simon Says. They came through, when I got home from work today my withdraw was processed. Yeahhh!!

I guess just me being unsure got the best of me.
