Withdrawals - 26 Jan 2009

Does anyone know if US Players have problems depositing checks into their US Bank Accounts. I would like to make a withdrawal, but would like to do it by check because it is a large amount. I don't want to have to make several small withdrawals using quicktender. So if I request my winning and receive a check will I have a problem depositing into my US Bank Account? Thanks for any help.

Hi ya diva. First of all Congratulations hun!!! I have had checks sent to me, wire transfers from the casino to my bank, Quick Tender etc etc and never had a problem with any of them.

Depending on the size of the check and your bank, they may want to allow you to take 1/2 of the funds immediately and 1-3 business days receive the rest, but other than that I've had no problems.

All else fails, you can always go to the corner check cashing place and cash the check. Yes they do charge a nice fee but ... you do get the check cashed. If the check is very large, you may want to call the check cashing place first, give them the information, how much, what bank its drawn on etc etc and they usually will have everything ready for you within a couple of hours.

I know I can use quicktender, but I can only cash out 3000.00 at a time, and I would really just like to have it all in one lump sum.

I've never had my bank inquire about any deposits I've made either directly from the casino or me depositing a check or depositing cash. I live in Utah and they are pretty tight here, but *knocking on wood now lol I've never had any problem in the past 10+ years of gambling online.

Yea, I know I am speechless. It is acutally 33,000.00, but I am going to leave 3000.00 in my account and hope that I can win some more. I checked the withdrawal options and they do have wire transfers available for non US Players. The options for US Players are quicktender with a max of 3000 ACH with a max of 3000 Check/Bank Draft. I will send you a personal email with the name of the casino, but I checked casinomeister and they are a good one, they pay their players.

I am in Illinois. So with the amount of the winnings I guess you can see why I am so nervous about how I cash out. Since the US is so strick on internet gambling I do not want to make any mistakes. If the bank is going to be a problem, I would rather do the quicktender several times and at least get my winnings. I am in SHOCK!!!!!!

I would like to say that in a banned state I would play it safe and do QT. People have been arrested here just selling antique gambling equipment. If you do a check there is no way to hide the fact that it was internet gambling and that might be a problem. This is just my 2 cents but I think QT would be your safest option.

I would go with the wire transfer directly to your bank, Like OC said it will cost, but hey! you'll have documents. Be sure and save all emails and anything the casino sends you.
