Windows 7 Cc Desktop

Does anyone out there have a Windows 7 64Bit system and is able to run CC Desktop without issue's(like from gadgets etc)? If so could you please post how you got it working here? I tried using mels Vista directions and screwed up my gadgets. Took me 2 days to figure out what had happened to them.
