Ok been playing at Musichall for the past 2 days with no problems then a few hours ago the casino lost connection and i have not been able to get back on.Tried my lucky Emperor casino and the same problem but i can access my other casino accounts eg sloto, grand mondial etc.

here is my session with live support about 5 minutes ago.
Do they just not listen or something,its so frustrating.....

Running other software while attempting to log onto the casino software has been known to produce some unpredictable errors and slowdowns. The kinds of software that cause problems include anti-virus programs, MP3 players, Word Processors etc. Please close all other applications and programs except your Internet connection before attempting to run the casino software.

Melanie Taylor: ok so what could be my problem, i have been playing at Musichall all day for about 8 hours and it suddenly lost connection and i can't get back into it.

Evil or Very Mad Oh Mel! I just know that steam is coming out your ears! It would be mine too!

There is not much worse then that broken record reversal of blame that is combined with a "I don't hear a word you are saying because I am not listening" response!

Lol Royal thanks for your advise, i did get back into my account after a few hours but not by doing anything different, this is why i think there may have been a problem on there side.

All sorted now so i have calmed down but they are useless when trying to sort issues out. They just use automated sentences stored on their comp and then get confused when they are asked something to which non of their automated sentences can answer, cuz they have to then think for themselves lol.
