Seeking to re-establish my Casino downloads., I was very shocked, upon several un-installs, re-downloads and as my obvious next attempt at trying to get my casino gaming accounts re-established on my "new" tower....I not only found ... Prism Casino (failing to download the individual games, within the casino), but what they call.... "Help Center",
is nothing more than a person to be uncaring, inconsiderate, and obviously there to collect an obvious paycheck... without loyalty, or concern for any that may be the depositing factor to her paycheck... Mary.. the site operator could not help me, nor direct me to "Tech-Support" which she was quick to answer were at the time closed, nor offer when they would in fact be available!

I took a Print-Screen of the Help Center... I am not good with time change.. but it is... 11:14 PM Pacific Time, it says Tech Support is available from 9:00am to 3:30am (GMT), and I think somebody was taking some extra time off which is fine...but I have never been given such a cold shoulder from someone whose job it is to be helpful?? They need to return to the lesson 101 for proper Customer Service Procedures,and I don't care if they are giving it ALL away... I don't think I want it .... I know I don't like their services thus far....

.... and my how "Mary"(site-operator's name) has changed over the past 2000+ years, .... at Christmas, this time and Season!

Has anyone else that has this "Windows Vista", dis-advantage point system running.... had similar issues with downloads, similar issues, and / or can any of my fellow forum users offer any wisdom or at least a glimmer of light on such issues as the likes of these?????

Truthfully, I am still in a state of SHOCK at the rudeness I encountered, and by "Mary", (just my dang-gum luck) at this time of year!

Lord, I apologize, whole-heartedly, for what-ever ugly unkindness that would invoke such crude behavior...., especially at this the time of the Celebration of our Lord, and Saviour, Jesus Christ! Please forgive me...whomever it may have been that I have offended! In His Name I pray... Amen!!
