I have been A depositor at the vegas Partner Group Casino's . I recently camr across an incident that I was NOT HAPPY about. Here is the last chat I had with the tec support

cat: i have played at other affilated casinos yes. but for us casino i did the promo plus dep 30.00

Karl: cat: so it is still likely that i will receive my 1 st dep. bonus? and if yes. on 30.00 what would i expect to see cat: and there isn't any other way to receive credit until system software resolved? I know it's has nothing to do with you? as a matter of fact most all tec support has been helpful. But the casinos them selves. truthfully. i haven't experienced the kind of play I have had at other competeors, and the new rules suck.
