Nathan: As a result of your casino problems we recommend that you remove the casino completely and start over the installation process.

Nathan: To completely remove the casino software please perform the following steps:

Nathan: Close the casino
Nathan: Click on the Start Menu, and select Control Panel
Nathan: Inside of the (for Windows 2000 Settings->) Control Panel window, click on the Add or Remove Programs
Nathan: In the Add or Remove Programs, search for the casino name and select it. Then click on Remove
Nathan: You will be prompted to confirm that you want to Remove
Nathan: Confirm Removal.
Nathan: Once removed you will need to go back to the My Computer window
Nathan: Select the Local Disk (C in this window open the Program Files Folder
Nathan: Inside the Program File Folder you want to search for the Folder with the Casino Name and delete the folder.
Nathan: Go to Internet Options in Internet Explorer. You will find this under the Tools menu. When the window opens click on the advanced tab, then click Restore Default button. Once that is completed, click OK.
Nathan: Then do this: Go to "Start" button, then click "run". and then enter "cleanmgr" and clear (check): downloaded program files, temporary internet files and the temporary files. Then press ok and say "yes" to performing these actions.
Nathan: Then you can re-download a fresh version of the install file from the casinos webpage and re-install the casino.
Nathan: This should resolve the issue if you do it in this exact order.
