Ray: Uninstall the casino from your computer through the control panel's add/remove programs.
Ray: Then please go to the base install directory where you installed the casino (normally c: - program files - Irishluck) and delete the casino's directory and all files still in it if any.
Ray: Please go to Internet Options in Internet Explorer. You will find this under the Tools menu.
Ray: When the window opens click on the advanced tab, then click Restore Default button. Once that is completed, click OK.
Ray: Then do this: Go to "Start" button, then click "run". and then enter "cleanmgr" and clear (check): downloaded program files, temporary internet files and the temporary files. Then press ok and say "yes" to performing these actions.
Ray: Then you can re-download a fresh version of the install file from the casinos webpage and re-install the casino.
Ray: This should resolve the issue if you do it in this exact order.

troy i dont see what your problem is...from reading your posts it seems to me the casino is trying to help you but you are not willing to listen...they have asked you several times to reinstall software and you dont seem to listen...in the 2 posts it seems to me like the operators were helpful but you wont give them a chance....just because you deposit a lot at a casino does not give you the right to basically insult their staff....if you are really wanting help id go and listen to them instead of just complaining and telling them you are going to all the forums when they have said nothing wrong...sorry for posting this but civility costs nothing

As our other members have posted, I'm sorry but it seems like the staff are trying to help you but you are not paying any attention to them - just ranting because you are annoyed.

That type of behaviour will not help you.

The other thing, which I have said before and you have said to me also is that your wording is not always the easiest to read - and this might explain why they are taking a little while to respond each time (they are trying to figure out what you are trying to say before replying). I also see that after you have asked a question and they have said 'one moment please' - you are still adding more and more to the conversation... It would really pay to be a lot more patient and WAIT for them to respond each time.

Troy, if you feel you are "p*ssed" with ME personally for some reason then you should send me a PM. Our forum is only to promote places we believe to be good, and from what I have seen - the customer support staff have TRIED to help you but you are not listening to them!

If you had Private Messaged me on this matter, I would have told you the same, privately, but since you felt the need to publicly show your chat with the support staff, and you can see what others have said - it might be time to take a step back, look at what others are saying and listen.

Have you uninstalled and re-installed the casino as directed?

The support staff have checked your account and say it should be working fine (and from the conversations I can see this has been checked at least twice) - so this would be the best thing to try.

I can only suggest you:
- Uninstall the casino
- Clean your Temporary Internet Files (via Internet Explorer - Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Delete Temporary Internet Files)
- Reboot your computer to ensure everything is cleared
- Re-install the casino
- When you have clicked on the CASHIER - please give it a minute or so to bring up the promotions

If you still get problems - please let me know and give me screen-shots and I will do my best to help you.
