Read Rules Carefully At Party Casino

I opened an account at party casino, then decided to deposit $25 and get the 100% bonus, but I wanted to know the playthrough requirements first. I searched through everything over and over to find details. All I managed to find was that there will be restrictions that differ depending on the bonus you receive. And also, that the bonus would be released to my account once I had wagered 25 party points (on a $25 deposit). As most casinos often make you wager the deposit once before you can receive the bonus, I assumed each dollar wagered would be 1 point.

I decided to just deposit anyway, and lost my $25 in a matter of minutes. But no bonus turned up. So I emailed support who told me that I had to wager for 25 points and I had only made 4.25 points so I still had to wager another 20.75 points!! So I had to deposit again to try and get my deposit bonus for my last deposit!!!!!

To me - and many may disagree - but that sounds ridiculous. It is supposed to be a DEPOSIT bonus, not a loyalty bonus. Why should I keep depositing to keep trying for my first deposit bonus?? Especially when my last deposit won nothing more than a dollar a couple times.

Anyway, I emailed them telling them what I thought, and told them to close my account. Just thought I would let others know - if they didn't already.

Party casino use to be fantastic.Instant bonuses,great loyalty program etc.
They got a new manager about 3 months ago[Emma].She has changed everything and ruined the site.I quit depositing there.
