Rtg (less Trustworthy) Casino Discussion & Thoughts

Ok I think this is something that needs to be discussed between all casino players. There are many mixed feelings regarding some RTG casinos and I thought we could at least open a thread and give our own thoughts etc on these.

There are many posts for freebie codes for a lot of the RTG casinos and most forums will not promote these for one reason or another, some due to previous posts of a bad reputation, some because they have just followed suit from another forum. Anyway whatever their reasons CC does promote most of these and would only stop this if they thought their members were at risk from them.

Ok here we go anyway I am going to continue the post from the the no deposit section where a freebie code was posted and members have added their comments to that post.....I will quote the posts here now then you can post what you want.
Please dont post, that you heard from someone that their friends daughters sister (get my point) didn't get paid out bla bla bla. Try and post your own experinces and reviews on these.

I wish cc would ban all there banners and not allow mention off any off these casino names full stop.

A member from CC played at Club Player Casino and won over $20,000 and she has got her money.
The thing with these casinos is they give too many Bonuses and players abuse them. They then think if they hit big they should be able to cash the money out, most with never even depositing anything. They then post around the forums saying I hit a jackpot or I won so much and the casino wouldndnt pay out. Not always telling the full truth.

Im not getting anything from sticking up for these casinos but I think the situation is different in each individual case, If they did stop paying players then CC would not promote them but until there is a genuine concern that they are not then why shouldnt they, at the end of the day they have not done anything wrong yet.

hi, i deposited a lot in the past with SHARK casino and never cashed out, so when i seen a ad for a free chip i played. i hit abd hit upp to about $475.00. i didnot try to cash out , but never had the chance. they shut down my acount.i called them and it said they wanted a deposite but still i coulnt collect on that freebie, oh well gl all. ty josie46

I agree with Mel. My advise is to not take bonus money from RTG's and if you do make sure you deposit between each freebie. Most importantly deposit at proven ones like inetbet. And as warned above, if you take an initial freebie you probably won't be able to cash out any big progressives or random jackpots you might hit in the future. As always read the fine print before playing.

I have only one small thing to add to this conversation. OOps, change that to TWO things.

1. It can never be said enough. You MUST read absolutely everything, especially the fine print, at every casino!

2. I lost my temper once when a casino offered a $200 welcome bonus to new players. Now, I knew there would be conditions, like playthru requirements, etc., but what really got me down was when I applied for that bonus, ready to deposit, This is what Live Support told me (summarized): The $200 bonus was paid out a trickle at a time with each new deposit! Very small increments. It made me feel like a victim and so I cancelled my account before I even got started, and told them why.

It's too bad that such a few casinos give a bad rep to so many others who do NOT deserve it!

My opinion, for what its worth.

There are some reputable RTG Casinos out there, and they are the only ones i will deposit and play at Casino Extreme and Inetbet for instance.

The problem that RTG casino have as a whole is that there are so many RTG casinos that as part of their marketing campaign use freebies to attract their players, in the full knowledge that almost all of them will not be able to cashout from it because of the t&c;s. And i would be surprised if more than 1 percent of all freebie coupons were ever withdrawn successfully.

And because, as has already been established most people will not be able to cashout the money makes a lot of people feel they perhaps can't trust RTG casinos, or they have to study the terms and conditions very closely, which shouldn't have to be true.

Now i have been through all of that process and now have found the few RTG casino that i will deposit at. But it took time for me to learn all that. I believe that because of all the freebie coupons that can never be cashed out given to players to lure them in by the majority of RTG Casinos, is damaging the whole RTG brand.



Now as for studying the terms and conditions as some people have already mentioned and recommends that we all do before signing up.

I believe we are all sold the casino thing as a pleasurable pastime which we use for our entertainment and enjoyment. A bit of light hearted fun and excitement.

What we aren't sold is that we need a law degree and about 30 minutes or more of reading time, prior to signing up or claiming a bonus at that casino to understand their very specific terms and conditions.

Having a need to read through very specific terms and conditions which have been written intentionally to trip some players up, makes us feel like its them against us. And that is not what any casino should want. I believe what they should want is for us to feel like they are offering us a place to go and enjoy ourselves, have some fun, and with a bit of luck every now and then withdraw some money.

I generally ignore any posts of free chips to any of "those" casinos, i have no intention depositing anywhere that has the slightest doubt of payment or unresonable terms or even a sketchy history i think even bad publicity is enough attention thats not deserved.

Thus being said, after experience i find most free chips are not worth it, the only place i have ever cashed out at from a free chip is inetbet, the majority of places have huge playthrough like 20 - 30 x deposit and bonus or just bonus - now if your lucky enough to hit something then lucky enough to make playthrough and have some to cashout in the end your really lucky but usually its not the case i see casinos have the edge to start with then the terms and conditions almost make it an unfair advantage for the casino.

Also another point is that the chips are offered to try the casino but then if you use them its easy to be labeled a bonus abuser so damned if you do damned if you dont.
