Payment Delays (may 2010) - Please Read - Affects All

Hi there all,

Unfortunately, Neteller has been having problems over the last couple of days at least and I've been struggling to get money from there.

Most of our income comes through Neteller and therefore this is affecting ALL payment methods (Paypal is paid via a Neteller debit card, GoWild is funded via Neteller, and of course Neteller payments themselves)..

Neteller are aware of the problems and working on them as I write but I'm really not sure exactly when this will be fixed.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME MESSAGES WHEN NETELLER IS BACK UP AND RUNNING - I WILL CHECK (WHEN I'M AWAKE!) CONSTANTLY AND OBVIOUSLY WANT TO GET EVERYONE PAID AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (AS ALWAYS).

So, please be patient and you know the money will be coming your way as soon as it's possible.

As I'm living on Australian time at the moment, unless things get better today then it will be most likely at the start of next week but of course if I am around when Neteller is next available I will do my best to process as much as possible, in the usual order of priority.

Update:

Well everything is now back on track. Neteller is back up and running and I managed to get a bunch paid yesterday (before Neteller went down again). I had an email from them this morning apologising for the disruption in service and that this should now be behind us.

So, all payment are now up to date, with the exception of Go Wild credits which have been submitted and are just waiting to be credited (you may see them in your accounts before I get to sending you the confirmation PM with reference no.) but of course i will do that once I have got that confirmation from the casino.
