Here is the letter I got back asking about Christmas Mailer.

This is very strange of them since this 10% cash back is an all year long promotion.I am very disappointed with Jackpot Factory since this is my favourite group.

I deposit at this group more than any and have not heard anything from them since the new laws went into effect. thats very disappointing.....

Very disappointing. I have also spent a lot there this year (well, I cashed out a fair bit too) but I have heard nothing as far as a holiday bonus. Maybe they're just waiting til the last minute...
