I wrote to support at Casino Rewards and ask why they gave bonuses to USA on games we cannot play and got the followint reply:

Microgaming has sold their US facing business and unfortunately the company taking over the US business have only purchased a select number of games from the original list.
CR have pushed hard and managed to maintain as many of the original games, however there will be some that have not made it across.
I am sorry that you receive offers on games that are not available to you, this is due to the reason that our promotions are world wide and not country specific.
