Major Problems Witdrawing From Neteller

Hi all

About 2 weeks ago i posted my win as an screenshot at the crush. Woowww i whas so happy that moment i finally found the withdrawal button and made an withdrawal for 5800euro's. In withdrawed the money to my neteller account en there starts the problems. I made an withdrawal request at neteller and 2 days later it whas approved so the money had been deducted from my neteller account. I found out i would have to wait between 3 till 5 working days. I made the request at the 27th feb. and now its almost the 6th of march, and still no money. Every time i contact support iget the same answer it should be here tonight or early tomorrow.

any suggestions anyone pls

Are you withdrawing from Neteller into your Neteller Master/Visa card?

For me it has always been there in 24 hours or less.

Hiya depending on what time you did the withdrawal might be the problem. the 27th was on a wednesday then 2 working days until the friday. Weekends are not included so then you have monday tuesday and wednesday of this week.
By the end of today is 5 working days so it may be there tomorrow. Give them chance lol

I'm sure you are very frustrated hun and I would be too!!

I know when we could use Neteller here in the USA, they had live chat or email or a toll-free number to contact them. Have you tried calling Neteller and talking to a "live" person?

I had a problem once with Neteller, I called and didn't care for the response I received from who answered the phone and asked for the supervisor. After the supervisor took down the information he called me back within a couple of hours and had my answer for me.

If you haven't phoned them, I would highly suggest doing that.

i just took your advise to give them a call. I talked to someone from support and she passed my problem on to the department for depositing and withdrawaling. She said they would contact me as soon as possible. So i think, they will call me back. !!

As the minutes go faster and faster i still didn;t receive a call from neteller support. Now i almost did everything i could do to make them aware that i still havent received my funds. But every time i contacted live chat they moved the day up front a day. And now i really really do hope someone from support calls me back like promised.

I have waited 3 -5 till 5 days know for my money to arrive inside my bank account but I still havent received anything. I spoke several times to support the last week and still nothing. I withdrawed 5200euro's on the 24th february. Tonight I called the support desk on the telephone and the girl working at support told me sha had passed my problem onto the right department and they would call me back in a few hours. But havent heard anything yet.

Hi Marco, I would call Neteller back and ask to speak to a supervisor. I've not heard of anyone having a problem like this with Neteller before.

I remember the one and only time i ever withdrew from my neteller, into my bank account, it did actually take three or four days, though i had opened a bank account to get my funds....anywho....neteller is the best....well trustworthy as far as I have ever heard, or experienced.....I really miss being able to use Neteller.....Neteller no longer handles accounts of the USA located humans.....and i live in the USA.....just thought i would post and help

everything should work out fine.....especially if youve had this account for a while and have been using it to deposit into from your bank account , which you have asked for the funds to be withdrawn into ....well i better stop typing...i may cause confusion....with all this babble at the keys i am doing...

Please keep your cool - I'm VERY sure that the money will turn up for you soon. I often withdraw money from Neteller to my Bank Account (in the UK) and it does depend sometimes on how long they take to initiate the funds transfer once you have requested it. It has taken 7 business days before but I honestly would expect the money to be in your account very soon.

Sorry we can't help to speed it up.

Please also bear in mind it depends on how fast your bank processes the Wire Transfer from them (because I believe for many this is a partly manual process) so this can add a day or two depending on how busy they are etc..

Please don't worry - I'm so sure it will be there for you very soon
