Let me tell you my story about Silver Oak.

I saw a freebie on another forum and since I was bored and broke, decided to try it out. I knew they were old Virtual but in the same thread they said they were trying to clean up their rep and were all new. Right!

Played and ended up making playthrough and made a withdrawal on 1/8 for $75, max cashout. Sent in docs the next day. Took about 2 weeks and many emails to find out if they were received and OK'd. After more emails and phone calls, my withdrawal was approved on 1/28 and I was told to expect payment by Moneygram by 2/6 - 2/9 at the latest.

Emailed and asked for status update. Got reply from Mike K and was told he didn't know when I would be paid as they have only a limited number of 'small withdrawals' they can make in a week. Right!

Telephoned yesterday and talked to Alan. Asked for update. Was told that he didn't have a clue as to when I could expect payment. That payment of winnings from depositing customers take precedent over winnings from free chips.

What a crock!! Same of crepe, just a different name. Just as rogue as ever.
