I joined with this casino about 2 months ago and got the free $5 bonus....was pretty lucky with it and bet $5 on number 5 and got it....anyway, I wagered that $5 bonus about 300 times, so tried to withdraw $100 - nothing hppened - and when I read the terms and conditions, it said that I could only withdraw 2x the bonus ($10). So I emailed them asking about my withdrawal about 7 times, even asking about reducing the withdrawal to the $10...but have never heard anything back. The money was never returned to my account, and they never replied anything I sent....so I don't really have too much faith in them.
At the very least they could have emailed me to explain that the withdrawal was unsuccessful, or answered a question or two!!!

I checked out the T&C's and copied them below.
No deposit is required. Playthrough requirement is 40x bonus amount on blackjack. Maximum cashout is 2x bonus amount for non-depositing players, and up to a maximum of 5x bonus amount if you are already a depositing player at time of redeeming the bonus. (Please note that depositing players may cash out as many free bonuses as they like, however non-depositing players are limited to one free bonus cashout.)
