PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IS A COPY OF AN EMAIL SENT OUT TO 52 MEMBERS THAT HAVE NOT LOGGED IN FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS WITH CONTEST PRIZES (WORTH A TOTAL OF $325) PENDING.

Dear Casino Crushers,

You are receiving this email as you have 1 or more forum contest prizes still pending payment but you have not logged into your Casino Crush forums member account for more than 2 years.

Please login to the forum.

You can check your contest prizes including those pending payment by clicking on the MY CONTEST WINS menu option (you must be logged in).

There are currently $325 worth of contest winnings that are pending for members like yourself that have not logged into their forum account for 2 years or more.

If you need to update your payment method then please use the MY PAYMENT METHOD link on the forum menu.

In order to keep paying our active members, we will now be removing (expiring) prizes for members that have not logged in for 2 years or more. This will be done on the 1ST OF EACH MONTH STARTING 1ST AUGUST 2022.

If you would like to ensure your unpaid prizes are kept safe, please ensure you login to your account before that date. Once prizes have expired they will not be reinstated.

Please login to your account ASAP - you do not even need to make a post or anything - just make sure you login so we know that you would still like to keep your prizes.

I have posted this message on the forum as a separate topic. Feel free to post any questions here.

We hope to see that you have logged in by the end of July 2022 so that you keep any prizes that are still pending payment!

Dear Crushers that visit but have not logged in for more than a 2 years .....

FINAL REMINDER - PLEASE LOG IN OR ANY PRIZES THAT ARE STILL PENDING PAYMENT WILL EXPIRE FROM 1ST AUGUST 2022!!!!

At the time of this post there are a total of 94 prizes worth $336 that will expire on 1st August 2022 if those that won them do not login!

All you need to do is LOG IN TO THE FORUM -- if you have an old account and don't have access to your old email - you can create a new account, send me a PM with your previous details and I will just check a couple of things with you and update your account so you can keep your prizes

The 94 prizes worth a total of $336 belonging to members that have not logged on for more than 2 years have now expired.

This prize money will be used to fund a new monthly contest where we will give away a proportion of any expired prizes to our active members !

Another 4 prizes worth $15 are due to expire today ... I am allowing a few more days before they expire as I was able to send them a message on FB and hopefully they will be back to re-claim their prizes.

I will start a new contest this month to use the expired prize money to give away to all our active members

Keep an eye out as I am just finalizing the details and will post this after I have completed and closed our August contests

I have received a reply from the member PUZTIME (Lena) who has confirmed we can expire her prizes as she will no longer will be participating at our forum.

Dear Crushers,

This is just to advise that since a couple of months ago the expired prizes pot is no longer continuing - but for prizes that are over 2 years old and a member has not logged in for at least 2 years - the prizes will just expire and be used for paying current and future prizes.

There seems to be no point in holding money for those that don't seem to be returning and it prioritizes money to be available for paying current and future prizes for active members
