Hi, can anyone help? I do not have a bank account and want to withdraw winnings from casino share. what to do. also Live help isn't on line ,the phone number on the webpage doen't work and no one answers my e-mail. does anyone have answers. thanx Question

I've withdrawn from Casino Share without any problems in the past and I do believe I was sent a cheque...

Just make sure you email all your documents for verification:

*drs. licence
*utility bill
*phone bill
*cable bill

**any 2 of the above should be good**

as long as they have your name & address on them and they are not older than 3 months..you should'nt have a problem..

I just tried their live chat and it seems to be working hun...

Make sure you delete all your cookies and try again...I've had nothing but great Customer Service from the Play Share Group..

OK I opened a bank account and withdrew the money. I never reciieved an email but I am assured that they will transfer it to my account. Now do you know how long it takes? they never asked me for any ID either.

Casino Share is from Microgaming

I contacted support for you, Slamdoggie. Casino Share currently does not accept new US players. However, if you had account open prior to last October you still may use it - with no restriction other than the casino's normal terms and condition and policies. If this is the case, you should be able to withdraw according/adhering to the casino's terms. If however, your account was opened after last October, then sorry - your account is actually invalid and would not be allowed to withdraw any winnings.

I also asked if there would be any reason why you would not be able to reach support via live chat or phone - according to them - you should be able to. Therefore as sisters mentioned, I would check your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies. Or, if one doesn't work the other usually does, download IE if you useFirefox or Firefox if you use IE.

Unless you've withdrawn in the past from Casino Share, I find it strange they did not request verification documents...If you requested your withdrawal via cheque it shouldn't take more than 21 business days (usually less) but seeing you're in the USA I'm not sure...

Slamdoggie you should have received some sort of email from the accts dept stating your pending withdrawal...

I would contact support and see what your pending status is, and how long it usually takes with whatever withdrawal type you used...

Let us know how you make out...

OK all talked to live chat and was told they didn't need ID cuz everything checked out and the money was already placed in my account. SO I called my bank and sure enuff it's there. YAHOO.

You all are so helpful and I cannot thank you enuff...I thought for sure they would want ID myself was shocked that they didn't and what else I cashed out tuesday and had the money yesterday and didn't even know it was there til they told me. that was so fast.
