Standard Terms And Conditions Of Contest Prizes

Hello Crushers,

I have made this post which applies to all contests where any prize money is being given by our forum. These are effective from 1st February 2017 onwards.

In order to to claim any contest CASH prize - you must have enough CCpoints available to be redeemed for the prize. The current rate for CCPoints needed to redeem a cash prize is 100 CCpoints per $1 prize value. eg. $1 prize requires 100 CCpoints, $5 prize requires 500 CCpoints. This excludes any contests where different values are specified (for example CCpoints auctions where the amounts will be as specified in the contest).

If you do not have sufficient CCpoints - then your prize will be held until you have earned (or won) enough CCpoints to be redeemed for your prize(s).

You will need to advise us which payment method you would like us to use to pay your prizes. To do this, simply go to the top menu (red bars section) and click on My Payment Method and follow the instructions. You only need to do this once (unless you wish or need to change it later). If you have any questions please send a Private Message to crushadmin.

Please note that in order to have your prize(s) paid, you must have accumulated a total of at least $20 in contest wins (and enough CCpoints or PCpoints for Poker Crush) (this can be combined with our other sites - Poker Crush where you should use the same username at all sites). If you need to change your username at one of the other sites, please send a Private Message to crushadmin with details (accounts at different sites must be registered with the same email address in order for us to change the usernames to match each other).

Any contest prizes declared may be withdrawn at the forum owners discretion. This would only be done for reasons of a mistake by the moderator/administrator judging a contest, an invalid entry or post being randomly selected for a prize, any suspected cheating or unfairness.

You must select a Payment Method from our available payment methods. If you are unable to choose one of the available payment methods then we will not be able to pay your prizes.

Expiry of prizes: (new rule introduced from 1st February 2017) -- (and only applies to prizes won after this date OR prizes for members that have not accumulated the minimum $20 payout threshold and not won a prize since 1st Feb 2015).
Any prizes that have been won but unable to be paid (either due to no payment method OR not reaching threshold) will expire if the most recent prize won is more than 2 years old (i.e. if there are no wins for that member more recent than 2 years ago). This is so that money is not held for members that are no longer active.

Please note that this new Expiry term will be left here for 3 months (until 1st May 2017), after which any prizes that would expire under this rule - will be removed and the funds re-allocated for future contests. This is to allow previous winners that have not yet chosen a valid Payment Method OR not achieved the minimum threshold to get this done ASAP.
