My Review of 21 Grand Casino by sharon030161

My personal overview of 21 Grand is not like my other reviews have been.

21Grand gave me a free chip and I was able to cash out $50 from the free chip.
But, after I had sent in my documents I waited a few days and checked my Quicktender
account then my casino account and noticed the $50 was still in the cashier waiting to be processed.

I then sent a e-mail to see what was going on and was told that I needed to deposit $25, no big deal.
(It took them 3 days to get back to me after I sent that e-mail to them.) I deposited the $25 on March 10th,
Made my $50 withdrawal on February 19th.

I have $75 still sitting in that account still waiting to be processed and am not a happy camper with this casino at all.

I had made a deposit before this freebie stuff went on :

Anyway, they use Rival software but in my case their customer service is terrible!

I would not recommend this casino to others at this time.
I would consider playing at 21 Grand again someday if they get their support upgraded from a F to A+
