English Harbour Free Roll Tournaments

I have been playing these tournaments for quite some time now... and now, all of a sudden ..... just prior to my qualifying bet, I get to go to the bonus round... YEAH!! .... but, No I don't. .... the Bonus Games for some unknown reason get stuck in the "loading" phase... and Live - Chat... a fellow named Byron.. not once but twice told me that it was because I am using "Dial-up"??!!

I am wondering if anyone else is having similar troubles ... and do they have dial up.... or is this just a case of "tech-support being non-supportive"... and I am the unlucky person to have had their support? I have never had this problem before.... Can Any One of my fellow CRUSHERS come to my aide? Please?

I truly don't want to bad mouth anyone for anything... but it seems there must be something can be done to help me out(speaking as to tech support wise).
