Hi there again,

No, unfortunately very few (I think maybe only 2) of the support crew know about this bonus as it's handled completely separately but is credited as a bonus when you login once they've done it.

Sorry it's been delayed - I haven't been able to contact Yoni today but you said you'd been credited $70 which I believe may well have been the redeem bonus (but I will check this tomorrow).

Cheeky lol - I'm very sorry but this is out of my control right now - we depend on our affiliate manager and i just checked with a colleague and they don't know either and can't process it for me as it's his deal with us.

As I said before I will get it sorted as soon as I can and this kind of delay is quite unusual.

I'm very pleased to say that all Redeem bonuses have now been taken care of (apart from a couple with queries or that hadn't met the terms).

I'm sure most of you have received PM'd personally from Yoni (MGrep) explaining the situation and reason for the delays.

Hopefully you'll remember it's extra FREE cash and whilst there are the few times we have problems - so far we've had well over 300 successfull CC-Points to Cash claims for the Playtech Casinos since we started them.

We have currently disabled them due to the extra amount of emails/PMs that despite reassurances from us to members experiencing delays, end up clogging up our email and PM boxes and make day-to-day running of the rest of things really quite difficult.

Hopefully we will bring some of these back in the future, once we've revised how any delays might be better dealt with.

We would appreciate your feedback as to how these have gone generally as it really helps know what you would like us to do in the future.

There is still 1 CC Points Redeem Offer currently and we will do our best to get more for our in the future
