Grandkids Try The Darndest Things.

O ne evening as I lay sleeping, I heard a squeak, squeak, squeakkkk. Startled awake, I looked around my bedroom, to discover my 11 yr old grandson trying to sloooooowly open one of my dresser drawers. I immediately knew which drawer had his fascination. Since I live with my daughter and her family, I keep my snacks in my room, and that was the drawer that was squeaking. I sat up and asked him? "Do you want something from in there?" and sheepishly he pulled the jar of Ovaltine from behind his back and said "Trying to put it back."

I had the hardest time keeping a straight face as I told him that I was dissappointed in him. He should have woken me and asked permission. Later talking to a friend, I LOL over the entire situation.
