I checked into cashing out as I met wagering requirements however I can't remember for sure but if you are from USA I don't think there is an option for sending the money.

okay ill add my bit of useless info, firstly i dont have an account there and never will as heard too many bad things also lets just say their bonus terms are ridiculous and take a bonus and you are stuck to crazy terms no matter how much you deposit after, anyway i clicked onto their page and got live chat right away and asked and was told they have a couple of withdrawal options for usa but he can't tell me which as hes sales(i kid you not)///heres the bit from chat Jeremy ok

The member does not live in the USA and tried live chat .. was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Can't say that I blame them.

They are going to continue to try through the weekend, was just hoping that someone had already experienced their cash out procedure.

as i said i got live chat instantly, but to be honest its not a casino id recommend using thou usa players dont have many options, but if its a player outside usa then dont know why theyd bother with a casino with such blatantly ridiculous bonus terms, but each to their own lol

At the moment i submitted another tichet with the number of my Neteller account. Live chat told me to submit a ticket requesting the withdraw but i didn't get any new from them When i will back from school in the afternoon i'll try again live chat.

I had cashed out the free bonus quite awhile back (1.5-2yrs) and the 50.00 was in my moneybookers acct in about a week..

All I did was send them verification docs and that was it..

It was a very smooth cashout..But you know how things change..so don't know about now..
