Dear andi,

Have you contacted the casino support about this?

I'm just wondering .. Generally if you're unhappy with promotions and are a regular depositor, you should be able to contact them and ask them for something more suitable to you.

32 Red are reputed to be one of the better ones on customer service, and so I would recommend emailing them and asking them about it directly.

I did contact them and they are so cut and dry...Below is the email, no room for movement at all. I did claim the 100% monthly offer which was great but...These weekend promos make me crazy. Should I have waited until after midnight to deposit, according to them I should have known.

With regards to adding rubies or free chips to rectify the situation, I feel that the terms of this promotion are clear and how to claim the bonus is also clearly stated so I am unable to add either to your account, sorry.

Dear Andi,

Sorry to hear that - well I guess it's one of those things.

It's a position I've been in before- made a deposit and started playing and then see an email that would have got me a nice bonus. Sometimes the casino have credited, sometimes not. Of course if you are expect these weekly, then it would make sense to wait until you receive them before depositing..

That's really about all I can say on the matter. I don't think they've done anything untoward here, just 'bad timing'. One of those 'live and learn' things.. so next weekend, just wait til you get the emails if you're still happy playing there.

Yes thanks.
Not normally every weekend, when the email is sent out it is normally early afternoon.
I think what bothers me most is the unwillingness to bend, or think outside the box. I am sure there are more people than me that went into the weekend with credits in their account who will not qualify for this promo either.
Why not just offer an unhappy, loyal depositor a couple bucks for some sort of thoughtfulness or recognition?? A small token in some way.....
