Emma the exact same thing here...soooo what I did was forward the email they sent me to support letting them know that the 9.00 freebie wasn't there...that was about 20 mins ago...so I'm sure they'll get back to me within the next 24 hrs...

Just incase anyone has tried to claim the promo as I did and was unable to here is what Live chat just told me.

hi guy's. i had the same problem. i went straight to live chat and melisa put the $9. in for me manually. i'd rather talk to someone than e-mail...it takes forever...lol. goodluck on yours everyone.

I just spoke with live support and they said that because of the problem they cannot even get in to do it manually. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

I contacted live support at Davincis Gold and they credited my acct also, so that may be the way to go for those who havnt gotten the freebie yet...

The promotion isn't even there for me to claim today
It has been removed and live support were closed when I logged in so couldn't ask why.
Anyone else had it removed?

Mel my mom is having the same problem with all the Rival casinos that she received emails from for freebies...It might be because its the weekend and perhaps they want depositing players not freebie ones
