The Review:
I have always been loyal depositing player (and VIP) at Sloto' Cash for a few years when they were still with Rival software. I've had experiences with great and fast payouts, great customer service, frequent free chips, and many other perks. But most of all, I loved the games (Love And Money, Winter Wonders, and Scary Rich were my favorites). But sometime in late 2010, things started to change. Free chip were becoming less frequent, the personnel at customer service has changed and became less friendly, depositing and withdrawal methods were becoming less for US and Canadian players and we lose Quicktender/UseMyWallet. Then Rival decided to drop US, Canadian, and French players all together due to legal reasons. Existing players could still play, but were so limited. Things were starting to look bleak.
Then sometime early last year (I think it was Spring), Sloto' Cash has switched from Rival to RTG to accommodate US, Canadian, and French players. To be honest, I was not happy about this because I know most RTG casinos have a bad reputation (not getting paid, unethical business, dodgy bonus rules, and the like). But then I thought, "Well, It's the same casino, but different software. It still have the same personnel as the last, so...why not?" I'm still looking for a safe deposit method to use, so that I could try their bonuses and some of the games. However, I've been participating in the slot tournaments every week (Rival Sloto' Cash did not offer those). I'm starting to get used to the RTG Sloto' Cash. I just have to remember that just because the software has changed doesn't mean that the everything else has changed. I'm sure that most of you agree.
Although the personnel is not super great as it was before, I still recommend Sloto' Cash to other players.
