First of all, I would like to officially welcome you to Casino-Crush, even tho you have been here for a year. Two reasons: I never had the opportunity before AND this is is the first of what I hope will be many posts from you!

You joined CC, by the way, the same week of my birthday in 2007 and made your first post the same week of my birthday in 2008. (Just a little chitchat.)

ty all, I just sent another efax of all the documents to VIP Lounge Casino, will contact live support at 12pm, just to give the email some time..lol.

Like RoyalCrush said, I've been a member around a year. But had a very bad year for our family. I have 3 older sister, the middle one pass away late July of 2007 from colon cancer, she's only 39 years of age. Leaves behind a 16 year old son, and a 5 year old daughter, her youngest son pass away at the age of 7 from brain aneurism (guess thats how it's spelled..lol). Now her (divorce)husband (blah!) & a DEAD BEAT DAD! nows trying to take the house and apartment unit she left for the kids.

And not even 3 months apart from my sister passing. My oldest sister also pass away at the age of 44 years old. She loved playing the online slots, even thought it's just free chips. I introduce her to it, I would go to her house and give her new ND codes so she could play (she's not computer literate).

I don't know how depression is or how it's suppose to feel like, but I zone out in my own little thoughts sometimes. Lol..I'm not depress, I'm just sad at times! lol. I stop going out, hang with my friends, I'm mostly at home after that. Forums that I use to joined and posts, I completely stopped. Until recently, about a month now I started having conversations again.

Sorry guys, thats why I wasn't posting for a while. But it's good to be back. Oh, just because I wasn't posting or event logged in..lol. I come here an check a lot of the posts here. Thank you all for giving me a warm welcome.

OK, back to business. Will keep everyone posted here and there.

yep...its good to be back again.

I spoke to live support today at noon, just to see if my efax went through. This is part of the conversation we had.

Somshit: Hi, i just efax all the documents in again today around 11am pst.
Somshit: Just want to know if you guys received it?
Jensen: the accounting department can take up to 48 hours to review and approve your documents, you should receive en email confirmation within that timeframe letting you know if the docs where approved or if you need to send any additional information

Cool, that's ok with me. Part of the process....(hopefully). Sometime next week, hope to get a reply back.

GL on the slots all, will hear from me sometime next week. Also, if anybody ever cashed out at Prism casino before, please let me know. Hi all, here's the update on the VIP Lounge Casino.

I just launch the VIP Lounge casino to check on my withdrawal status. Went to cashier, there was nothing there. So I check the account history and this was on the list:

3/9/2008 6:09:03 PM Promo Credit Withdrawal Approved! ($2,000.00)

I also notice my $99.00 worth of VIP status was $0.00 too, dont know why it disappear? But I'm not going to complain right now, just wanted to make sure I get the check first. I will contact live support in probably 2 weeks if I don't get it by then, or longer. Just glad to see it said "Approved".

Oh, and I also won $100.00 at Cocoa Casino on Friday too. JUst have to deposit that $25.00 first, just like Da Vinci's Gold casino. I talked to live support before I registered there too, to make sure the T&C is clear. There was no problem claiming the free $10.00 there, won't void any winnings.
