This promotion (this “Promotion”) is brought to you by Belle Rock Entertainment ("BRE") and is open to Real Players (“Player/s”) at the BRE Casinos* (“BRE Casino/s”) and BRE Poker Rooms** (“BRE Poker Room/s”) listed below.
The Prize is 100 Casino Credits for BRE Casino Players and $100 for BRE Poker Room Players (“Prize/s”).
500 Prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotional Period commencing on March 3, 2006. The last Prize Draw will take place on April 1, 2006 (the “Prize Draws”).
The Promotional Period is between Midnight (EST) March 2, 2006 and 16h59 (EST) March 31, 2006 (the “Promotional Period”)
To enter this Promotion and be entered into a Prize Draw, Players must meet the Minimum Qualification Requirement (“Minimum Qualification Requirement”) during the Promotional Period. For BRE Casino Players the Minimum Qualification Requirement is that a Player must:
Wager at least 50 Casino Credits at one of the BRE Casinos
For BRE Poker Room Players the Minimum Qualification Requirement is that a Player must:
rake at least 50 hands*** at one of the BRE Poker Rooms and thereafter be spotted by BRE playing at one of the following Fixed Limit Tables; From 50c / $1 tables to $1 / $2 tables.
Once a Player has met the Minimum Qualification Requirement he will be entered into the next available Prize Draw and all subsequent Prize Draws. Players drawn as winners will not be entered into subsequent Prize Draws.
Players are only permitted to win one Prize during the Promotion.
Please note that the Prizes will be distributed to Players from the BRE Casinos and Poker Rooms in the following way. 120 Prizes awarded to River Belle Online Casino Players, 15 Prizes will be awarded to River Belle Online Poker Players, 10 Prizes will be awarded to River Belle Multi Player Casino Players, 90 Prizes will be awarded to Gaming Club Online Casino Players, 15 Prizes will be awarded to Gaming Club Online Poker Players, 90 Prizes will be awarded to Lucky Nugget Online Casino Players, 90 Prizes will be awarded to Jackpot City Online Casino Players, 24 Prizes will be awarded to Aces High Online Casino Players, 23 Prizes will be awarded to Showdown Online Casino Players and 23 Prizes will be awarded to Home Casino Players.
The Prize winners (the "Designated Winner/s") will be notified via e-mail within 2 (two) days of the Prize Draw at which they have been drawn winner.
Prizes will be deposited into the Designated Winners’ primary gaming accounts.
BRE’s determination of the Designated Winners shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
The Designated Winners hereby agree that their first names may be used in any publicity material by BRE.
The Designated Winners also agree that models may be used to represent them in any publicity material by BRE.
Employees of BRE, its proprietor and agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
The standard terms and conditions of the BRE Casinos and/or BRE Poker Rooms apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the BRE Casino’s and/or BRE Poker Room’s standard terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these Promotion specific terms and conditions are complimentary and additional to the BRE Casino and/or BRE Poker Room standard terms and conditions.
In entering this Promotion you hereby consent to personal information about you being shared amongst the BRE Casinos and BRE Poker Rooms.
