just spoke with the support there after I have opened an account and she said that they did'nt offer a no deposit bonus at all... just if you make a deposit you could get some free money but not for sure... that's the answer I did get

I signed up, but no free chip for me.

Spoke to support who seemed oblivious to any such promotion, he asked me to copy the email which i did (may have changed the name at the top from Melanie to something else, no offence meant Mel ). He said promotion team are looking into it.

Well I have the email and its from their support email address.
The $10 was not there for me either but i replied to their email saying I did not have the bonus in my account to claim and this is the email I got back.
